The project combined policy research, training, practical sessions and pilot access to a Ukrainian information-monitoring tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This evidence synthesis asks what changed after that support. It draws on project monitoring data, pre- and post-training surveys, participant follow-up, interviews, tool-use analytics and official policy documents.
