67% of adults and 78% of teenagers in Ukraine have encountered online security threats in the past year. Fraud evolves daily, and the old rules no longer offer protection.

That is why the Institute’s Director, Dr. Anna Mysyshyn, together with Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Vitaliy Balashov, have recorded a free educational series — Digital Skills and Online Safety — on the Diia.Education platform.

What the course covers:

• Artificial intelligence, deepfakes, and manipulation
• Cybersecurity and account protection — including during blackouts
• Identifying disinformation, fake news, and online fraud
• Practical steps for staying safe in crisis situations
• Cyberbullying and children’s safety online
• Protecting your finances from digital scammers

The course draws on real-world cases and is available in both Ukrainian and English. Complete all episodes, pass the final test, and receive a certificate.
